Brian P. McIlhargie
Brian represents clients in commercial litigation and professional liability involving construction, employment, insurance, real estate and contract matters. His professional liability practice includes the representation of architects, engineers, surveyors, attorneys, accountants, as well as directors and officers of corporations. Brian has successfully represented clients in condominium and community association disputes for the both the associations and the owners. Brian also represents clients defending against EEOC charges of all kinds.
Brian also worked at a Montgomery County, Maryland law firm where he represented clients in negligent security claims, construction claims, and real estate litigation.
